EPA released proposed biofuel mandates. They ended up near market expectations from leaked headlines throughout Tuesday. I’m not expecting major price swings. (one of the newswires that leaked volumes on Tuesday was off slightly for 2 out of the 6 proposals for conventual and advanced)
