With no extreme weather coming in the short-term, we see prices tumble as production quickly recovers and demand drops. Along with the drop in demand we see LNG delivery volumes dropping to 11.5 Bcf/d today. This likely a short-term drop out of Sabine and Freeport.

Daily US natural gas production is estimated to be  94.5 Bcf/d this morning. Today’s estimated production is +1.86 Bcf/d to yesterday, and +3.52 Bcf/d to the 7D average.

Natural gas consumption is modelled to be 105.8 Bcf today,  -5.8 Bcf/d to yesterday, and -10.01 Bcf/d to the 7D average. US power burns are expected to be 29.5 Bcf today, and US ResComm usage is expected to be 42.2 Bcf.

Net LNG deliveries are expected to be 11.5 Bcf today.

Mexican exports are expected to be 6.4 Bcf today, and net Canadian imports are expected to be 6 Bcf today.

The storage outlook for the upcoming report is -235 Bcf today.
